I don't know specifically which episode this comes from but it it definitely from the first series due to the art style... and lower production values. (You can tell that some corners were cut when the artists painted this cel such as some paint bleed beyond the outlines in places.) But besides that, it is a pretty good image of Sylphiel, a character who appears in a small portion of the series as a whole. Sylphiel is an unlikely Slayers character, since she is a sweet person unlike most of the cast... excepting Gourry, who is simply too dumb to be malicious. Sylphiel might not always be the brightest bulb in the box herself, but at least her heart is in the right place.
