Night Walker
Episode 1 Regular-sized Cels
Episode 1 is where we are introduced to Tatsuhiko Shido, a vampire
private detective working for the forces of light against the darkness
that he is an unwilling part of. This is where we also meet Riho Yamazaki, an
orphaned girl who had been acting as a helper of sorts around Shido's
office since she met him after a "night breed" incident took the lives of her
parents. Rounding out the cast introduced in this episode are Yayoi
Matsunaga, a police officer with the paranormal division known as the
NOS who works with Shido on occasion, and Guni, a small green impish
creature with a sharp tongue that accompanies Shido and typically
stays in his hair or on his shoulder.
