Riho proves in this scene that she wasn't making an idle threat when
she said that she had embraced her true nature - she prepares to
attack a small child here. But why that child was out at the pier at
that time of night by herself in the first place is never explained...
I mean, don't the parents in this town know that there are evil
bloodsucking schoolgirls wandering out and about? I guess they
haven't watched enough "B" horror films.
