Riho gets a ride from two guys that were passing by in an SUV that picked her up. She is so wrapped up in finding out what is happening at the Bay Bridge that she completely ignores the guys' passes at her...
I really like this cel as it is a good close headshot of Riho with blue eyes (the artwork changes after episode 4 and Riho's redesign gives her brown eyes after that point).
